@Superawesomeaccount1 actually, priscamolotsi is right. when you train your bellymuscles, the muscles get stronger, but you don’t loose the fat. since the fatholding layer is on top of the muscles (or something like that)
@iiSkylar no u basically flex/squeeze your stomach like you were to do so if you were flexing your arm muscles
To tighten your abs, do you just suck in? I never really got that?

I think you are wonderful and ennjoy your videos, but how can you write, “How to Lose Belly Fat With Exercises”? That is so misleading. These exercises will define muscle tone but WILL NOT BURN fat! That’s really rather misleading of you.

You should just eat slightly less than you should and exercise properly, then your body can’t avoid burning fat, skip all of the ginger root and exotic bullshit.
Don’t eat a lot less than you should because that triggers the third energy source and that’s for emergencies.
